SKIN ESSENTIALS COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
A limited amount of persons will be allowed on the premises. It is rare that we have numbers of over 10 people in our store but we will be closely monitoring this.
Both clients and practitioners who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who has will be asked to wait 14 days before coming to Skin Essentials. (We are happy to reschedule if needed and we do not charge a fee when cancelling or rescheduling due to illness.)
You can now check-in for your appointment from your car if you like and your practitioner will meet you at the door.
Whenever possible, we will schedule clients in a staggered manner to help limit unnecessary contact and to limit the total number of people present.
We suggest that when you arrive you either use our hand sanitizer at the door or wash your hands at our brow bar.
Practitioners will wear a mask when they cannot maintain a safe distance.
We recommend that clients wear a mask when possible. We encourage clients to bring their own mask, however we will provide you one if you need it. (We have cloth masks that we launder in our commercial washer/dryer.)
Practitioners will wash hands before and after each service and refrain from touching their own face.
We will disinfect all surfaces in treatment rooms or brow bar stations in between each service appointment. Surfaces in the restroom, front desk area, any door handles etc. will be disinfected after each use.
All persons present, practitioners and clients, will be asked to please maintain a 6 foot social distance when possible.
We will also continue to adhere to Kansas State Board of Cosmetology sanitation regulations.
A list of current protocols will be posted at the front entrance and each work station/room at Skin Essentials.
Your health and safety is our top priority and we promise to make every effort to inform you of current safety protocols and any changes in the future.
